NHS Health Check
The new NHS Health Check is for adults in England between the ages of 40 and 74. You may of received a letter recently through the post asking you to make an appointment. The health check lasts for around 20 minutes, please ring our appointments line on 487 3335 to book an appointment to see one of our HCA’s.
