<p>We have EARLY surgeries every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for patients who are unable to attend clinics at other time of the day (these start from 7:30am). A particular day may not be available time to time due to rota conditions (although this rarely happens), please contact surgery before making your own time available to confirm we are open.</p>
<p>In addition, we open on <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">ONE Saturday</span></strong> morning every month (usually from 8:30 &#8211; 11am) and <span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>ONE Wednesday</strong></span> late night every month (usually up to 7:45pm) for patients who cannot not attend at any other time. <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Please note that due to rota changes the late night on a Wednesday may have to be arranged for a different weekday.</span></strong></p>
<p>The appointments at these times will be for <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">ROUTINE</span></strong> matters, <span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>NOT EMERGENCIES</strong></span>.</p>
<p>They will be <span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong>PRE-BOOKABLE ONLY</strong></span>.</p>
<p>Patients will be admitted to the building using the intercom by the front door. Patients will be asked to identify themselves by their name before the door is unlocked to allow them into the waiting room. This is for both staff and patient safety.</p>
<p>The telephones will not be manned at these extended times.</p>
<p>If you call the surgery between 6.00pm and 8.00 am you will hear an answering message giving options of who to contact with your medical emergencies that cannot wait till we reopen.</p>
<p>The telephones will only be answered by staff during normal opening hours 8am-6pm.</p>
<p>There are appointments available with GP&#8217;s, practice nurse and health care assistants during extended opening hours, although not all on the same day.</p>
