Following Dr Levy’s Retirement

Dear Patient,

Following on from Dr Levy’s retirement we would like to take this opportunity to reassure our patients about their future care.

In order to compensate for the loss of appointments with Dr Levy retiring, the Practice has decided that rather than introduce a new partner, Dr Allan and Dr Hull will increase the number of sessions they work.

The actual process of reallocating the patients to a different GP is done by an external NHS body who will re-allocate all of Dr Levy’s patients in alphabetical order to the remaining GP’s.  You may not be notified who your registered GP is however should you wish to know, please ask at reception after the end of October.

We would however like to remind and reassure patients that whilst they may be registered with one Doctor, they are patients of Beech House and therefore are entitled to book with any GP they so wish.

Over the coming months we will be introducing several new initiatives for our patients including those with long term conditions such as diabetes together with other health initiatives such as smoking cessation, family planning, online booking, patient consultation evenings and specific health campaigns and further expanding and developing our nursing team headed by Mrs Donna Needham.

Should you wish to discuss any of the above in more detail, please do not hesitate to us.

Yours Faithfully,

Mrs Paula Trow
Practice Manager
On behalf of the Partners of Beech House Medical Practice.
